I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and use their standards for all inspections. These standards include visual inspection of major appliances, electrical, foundation, mechanical, plumbing and structural elements of the home. We will operate these components, where applicable and available, to these standards. We will provide a written report accompanied by photos delivered to you by e-mail of our inspection and any concerns we find. We are available for inspections throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia.
